Hello everyone out here...I hv been a silent member in this forum and was just going through all the discussions and saw the frustations in almost every post😆...I know the day Veer-Ichha got separated thanks to Tappu baba..the show went down the drain..but notice something that was the day the show registered maximum Trp ratings ever😉...Yes the day that marriage fiasco happened Uttaran got to the top for the first time😲

When Veer and Ichha romance was in the air,the show was somewhere in 7th or 8th position and many times out of top 10 also..but the day Veeru-Tappu got married and Ichha became mother terrasa😆,show ratings jumped up😆...the more Tappu baba turned evil..the more ratings it got and now its consistently the no.1 show for Colors😃

So when members ask why this pathetic track is still going on..I guess creatives hv a very practical answer to that...that is the consistent high trp ratings which is supporting this pathetic track😃..

Creatives change the track only when trp ratings go down but here more the track is going haywire,more ratings they r getting🤣..

Now I tell you why this is happening from my 10 yrs of serial experience🤣..Most of the viewers in India who actually contribute to these trps r all housewives or old ladies/aunties who love watching kitchen politics,emotional drama and lead heroienes as mother terresas😃...so what majority of IF members want or say is not at all creative's concern..they only see the ratings which is fantastic at the moment

Now the question is why housewives/old ladies/aunties love watching such twisted stories🤔..Let me tell you their mentality as well based on my research of 10 yrs🤣..

Women in India love watching love stories till the time there r complications😉..the day those complications get resolved and lovers unite...these ladies loose interest in watching their happy married lives😆..for eg:Choti bahu serial topped the ratings till the hero was married to the villain and wanted the heroine back in his life😉..the day villain went out and hero-heroine reunited with marriage..trps went down😆..why ??because now everyone feels both r united ...whats left in the show to watch,..no drama ..no twist😉..

Same is the problem with Uttaran makers also😃..they know very well that if they unite Veer-Ichha today...then Tappu baba's role will b over..they both will get happily married and live happily ever after..Vansh too will live happily ever after in a rehab😆..so no twist..no turns ..because villain has nothing to do after hero-heroine unites😆...so what will happen...these ladies who contribute to trps will loose interest and trps will slide down once again...Result is show going off air😆

But TV medium has become a business now where emotions r not given much importance and its a harsh reality to continue the show forever in the name of competition and number game😊..so creatives will obviously take into account all these above mentioned aspects as they hv seen it in other shows and so they will make sure that their trps remain rock steady at the top and baaki emotions gaye tel lene😉😆.

So to keep their trps rock steady at the top..what will they do..bring more twist and turn to the already twisted tale😉😆..and only a villain can bring the twists..so u hv Tappu baba here as the grt villain😈😆..whenever she comes on screen,all ladies in India start biting their nails in suspense..result is trps sky rocket😆..then comes Vansh-Ichha marriage and Jethani-Devrani war😆..All ladies in India will b interested to see a love story between an addict and mother terresa and also how Tappu fights with her Jethani😆..So result is trps again sky rocket😉😆..next comes Vansh coming to know about Ichha and Veer's love...result is trps again sky rocket because people will b interested to see how vansh reacts😉..then Ichha will start shedding bucketful of tears and Tappu will start planting some other evil plans to get Ichha out of Bundela house sinse she is getting more prominence there😆..So then ladies in India will also cry with Ichha madam and result is trps will go drastically up😆..then Ichha like a typical bhartiya naari will opt for her hubby over her past lover..seeing this housewives/aunties in India will start clapping because Ichha becomes a pati vrata patni😆...So result is trps goes to a record level😆😆😆...and the saga continues😆

We will keep getting frustated but Creatives will care a damn about us..why ?..because they r getting what they want..trps😃..thats what matters in TV World and not creativity anymore😊

So all those who r still hoping for Veer-Ichha reunion...I will just say to accept this fact and move on with your life rather than getting frustated over this fiction show😆..there was a point when even I wanted Veer-Ichha..but now I gave up😆..u really need a miracle now to see Veer-Ichha together because I m sure in trp race Vansh-Ichha will get more acceptence from the public of India than Veer-Ichha just because public in India love watching twisted shows..and they will b more interested in watching weird love stories than normal ones😆..so no prizes for guessing that creatives will also go for Vansh-Ichha because that will get them the trps😆..Creatives will also go for more of Tappu baba because her twisted nautankis gets the ratings up..up...and up...😊

This is such a nice post..jyoti you have said everything so nicely...and its all just so true and to the point...i hardly watch this show but i used to at one time...and now whenever i come to this particular forum all the posts are so negative..and its not fair..like you have so rightly put down the facts..the creatives are going to do what brings them more business..becuase thats the way the world is..so they are no diiferent from others...and i also feel you are right about the fact that probably except a few on this forum most viewers are for Icha- vansh........it never occured to me but now after reading your view it seems evident through the constant no 1 or 2 position of the show since veer ichha broke up.

Ya even I m shocked how trps r getting better every passing day..and notice something whenever Vansh-Ichha scenes r there or Tappu plots something against Ichha or Veer shows his helplessness Uttaran is at no.1😆...this is clear indication what majority of public wants irrespective of what members on IF want

Its not that publc r against Veer-Ichha..its just that public in India loves watching love stories with complications..the day those complications r over ,show becomes thanda😆...Veer-Ichha love story was cute but there was never a curiosity factor in it..its all sweet and sugar-coated and Veer-Ichha both had similar type of nature😉...but Vanch-Ichha story will hv that extra spice in them😉😆..Ichha will consider him as friend and Vansh will try to impress her with guitar playing😆..slowly Ichha will fall for him and then that Family drama will start..Vansh and Ichha getting more importance in the house thus making Tappu baba insecure..so she again tries to create MUs to separate Vansh-Ichha by exposing her affair with Veer😆...this way creatives can keep the audience hooked on to that curiosity factor which is not possible in Veer-Ichha's case if they unite😉...thats the reason why Uttaran is going in such twisted way..because its getting them the ratings😆

Jo... u tapkoying here 2.. i was surprised 2 c u here and giving such a long reasearch paper on indian TV serials and the saas-bahu-drama luving bhartiya naaris... crsly they rule the indian idiot box...

i have crsly given up and now i m resorting back to my movies and music channels... they r much safer 4 brains after the stressful jobs tht v do... hahahaha...

Once again such a nice explanation..so true... personally i prefer vansh too...there is something mysterious about him..something different to look forward to..whereas in veers case its all like an open book...and you are right..if veer ichha were to get together then what would be the mystery ...they might as well wind up the show in that case.....

is he supposed to patch up with taps ..
is he supposed to pay the price for loving iccha .
and how will he accept iccha as his bhabhi ..
and once vansh comes to know of veer-ichha how will he accept iccha as his wife ??
there will lot of twists and turns for sure ...the masala ..that's the motive of vansh-iccha
but veer should get justice too !!!

This is a drama my dear......so dont worry about veer...and what they do with his role in the show only time will tell.... they will go any track in order to keep the drama going....maybe he will take to drugs now.😉..........because in these shows anything and everything is possible......

U r absolutely right Jyoti, and your 10 years experience sure does come handy here😆.

This is exactly what I think, people are after the drama only. If things get resolved there's nothing much to watch as everything is back to normal and you will only be seeing "regular" stuff. But when twists are introduced it keeps you hooked, as you don't know what to expect.

I don't watch Uttaran, but this shows trp's fluctuate soo much, one week it's really hight and the other weeks it's low. So I guess whenever they have that twist episode everyone tunes in to watch it, and one it's normal they go and check out the other show😆.

Manisha u will find me in many forums yaar😆..I watch almost all the shows for timepass😆😆

Earlier I used to get mentally disturbed watching all these tortures on daily soaps..now I take them like comedy circus😆..I know creatives can go to any limit to get high ratings..so why should we boil our blood😉😆
