Two days before jasfa marriage .
11am at virks.
She felt uncomfortable with every single eye set on her as she stood at the entrance while Mahi Virk explained to the very shocked family how she bumped into the estranged soul who was believed to be dead seven months back.
Mahi was on her way to college in a rickshaw when she spotted tejo wandering on the streets of Moga. Her behavior was very peculiar. She was not the same sane woman the former had known. She spoke to her sweetly, persuading her to accompany her to her home and tejo agreed happily after promises of gifts , chocolates and balloons were made spontaneously.
Tejo sandhu was very much alive but mentally disturbed due to the trauma suffered from a tragedy that almost took her life. Betrayed by loved ones, her mental state was badly affected. She couldn't recall anything except for one word,
Fateh!!
Saved by a kind soul, she was placed in an orphanage but one fine day, she ran away to explore the world outside.
Virks were amazed with the resemblance of Tanya , the new woman who walked into their lives whom they thought was the deceased Tejo sandhu but apparently the former was just a duplicate. The real tejo , their very own beloved ex daughter in law was right in front of their eyes.
They rushed forward and welcomed her warmly. She was taken by surprise and demanded instantly for the promises that was made by Mahi at the street earlier.
" Where's my chocolates, gifts and balloons".
As the rest stood in silence shocked with her mental condition and didn't know how to react, surprisingly the chubby cute little fellow candy virk came running into the living room fulfilling her wishes.
" Tejo aunty , here u go. Come let's play in my room"
He took her hand and she obeyed happily.
Everyone sighed a huge relief. Fortunately , candy turned out to be the smartest of the lot and was able to handle the disturbed childish soul really well that grandpa virk was so proud of his great grandson
As candy kept Tejo busy with him the whole day, virks notified Sandhus. Her family couldn't control their tears but had to keep their distance as she was afraid of strangers when anyone approached closer. They sat at the living room with virks to find a solution. Fateh and jasmin was about to tie the knot.
He was sent to Chandigarh by his dad, kushveer for some urgent personal work and would return two days later. Fateh wanted some time for himself as he felt suffocated with the passing days. The marriage was around the corner. He was committed to jasmin and her unborn child.
Virks decided not to inform Fateh about Tejo till he returned from the trip . After that, he will take the right decision if he still wanted to marry jasmin or move on with Tejo. It was his life. At the same time, Tejo required help . They needed to hire a psychiatrist soonest possible.
The only one soul who was not happy with tejo's entry into virks was jasmin sandhu, her very own sibling.
" Why does she have to come now?? I won't spare her. Need to get rid of her soonest possible". Jasmin was upset, thinking hard, sitting on a sofa near her bed.
She knew Tejo's return would destroy her dreams of marrying her ex, fateh virk, who was madly in love with her older sister
Jasmin was glad that Tejo was mentally unstable. That would be even easier to manipulate and then kill her. Perhaps this was what destiny wanted. "Tejo to go crazy so i could get rid of her myself". That nite jasmin slept peacefully. Little did she realize that her sister's destiny was always twisted.
Tejo was deep in slumber next to candy , sharing his bed while simran moved into mahi's room. The innocent soul was unaware of her evil sibling's plotting . She was gonna lose her life once again.
The next day.
As the hours passed, Tejo sandhu was slowly developing fondness with each and every member of the families particularly with the men, kushveer and Rupi. She was amazed with the bond she shared with them. She felt a past connection. She demanded them to feed her at the dining table.
At the same time, she sensed a pair of evil eyes watching her every move. That fair round eyes woman who was sweet to her but seemed shrewd as well. She felt something was amiss. She knew jasmin was upto something. " Bad woman". She mumbled as she played video games with her little companion in his room.
The day passed well and finally candy announced that he would be having dinner in his room to watch Mowgli's adventure ( the jungle book) on tv. His favorite animation movie. Tejo seconded that she will join candy as well. They watched Mowgli excitedly while enjoying a treat of pizza from grandpa Virk . Candy was praised for being able to take care of tejo quite well. He was their saviour.
That night, she felt restless. That evil eyes . She couldn't stop thinking. Something was wrong with that woman. She is a bad omen. Tejo realized she had to act fast. " Bad woman", she mumbled. She looked up at the starry nite through the glass window of candy's bedroom and thought real hard. How shall i get rid of her.
Minutes later, she surrendered to her slumber with an evil smirk. The crazy mischievous Tejo was definitely upto something.
Meanwhile there were others who were restless that nite as the next day was the day of the marriage. Fateh was still unaware about the real Tejo. The woman he loved dearly. He was gonna tie the knot with her sibling instead.
" Fateh would be back tmrow morning. Before the marriage rituals take place, we need to tell him about tejo", gurpreet exclaimed anxiously preparing to go to bed with her husband who tried to calm her. " He has to face the fact", kushveer replied calmly switching off the bed lamp.
" God please spare us all from more problems", grandma virk prayed to the Almighty and grandpa interrupted. " Destiny has it's own plan, don't worry". They went off to bed in silence trying to calm themselves that their grandson would make a wise decision.
"Will fateh veera marry jasmin tomorrow now that tejo bhabhi returned", the puzzled mahi questioned her older sibling who laid beside her, struggling to get some sleep. Simran was silent. She had the same query in mind. Will her brother tie the knot??
" I don't know Mahi, he has no choice. Jasmin might do something stupid if he backs off. We just have to accept the destiny". Simran sighed and surrendered to her sleep.
Even Sandhus were restless that nite. Fateh would return from Chandigarh . How would he react. Tanya was not tejo. His real tejo was alive.
Will he still marry jasmin!! .
The next morning at 8 am (the day of the marriage).
Candy came running into the living room screaming at the top of his lungs
" Tejo aunty, ran away. She's not in the room!!'.
Gurpreet was terrified as well. " Jasmin also missing, she's not in her room. I went to see her to check what she wanted for breakfast but she's not there. What's going on?? "
Both sisters were missing.
Mahi blurted angrily" definitely, jasmin did something bad to Tejo".
Virks panicked. They knew jasmin in and out. Fateh loved her sister. Had she done something evil to Tejo??
Rupi was furious and decided a search mission executed there and then
Fateh was home from Chandigarh an hour later and was extremely shocked to hear about his ex . His tejo was alive.
Hours passed but their efforts went futile. There was no news about the siblings. Somehow they were relieved that the wedding was cancelled. The bride was missing and so was her crazy sister. What happened??
She struggled under those heavy eyelids and felt her head spinning. Damn! That was a hard blow. She was getting ready for haldi ceremony when tejo barged into the room and strucked her head with a strong wooden stick. She was taken by surprise.
She was dragged towards the back door and then pushed into the backseat of a cab with her crazy sister instructing the driver. " Mowgli key jangal leke jao". The driver hesitated but obeyed instantly as she placed a knife which she stole from the kitchen , right under his throat. She was mentally disturbed. He was frightened.
Apparently, kushveer booked a taxi that morning as his Innova was driven by his son for the Chandigarh trip. The jeep broke down and no other vehicle was available as he had an urgent meeting downtown with few fellow friends on a new business venture. He decided to hail a cab but tejo took advantage of the situation when she saw the driver waiting in his taxi at the backyard.
Minutes later,
He drove speedily towards the outskirts of Moga embracing the new destination , the nearest forest he could locate. Why does she want to go to the jungle. What is she upto?? She was mentally unstable and dangerous.
As they reached the remote wildlife area , she instructed the driver to run away leaving the cab behind. He obeyed and took off , never looking back.
She dragged the unconscious Jasmin deeper into the forest and dumped her with a note pasted on her chest. After that ,she walked back towards the cab and drove recklessly to nowhere. She didn't return to virks but roamed on the streets far away from moga in a stranger's taxi playing racing racing with other vehicles on the road, giggling and laughing to herself.
" Bad woman out".
Jasmin struggled to sit up straight and was confused with the greenery surrounding her. So many trees. Where am i .
Seconds later, she panicked when she read the note pasted on her chest and swore to kill her crazy sibling . How dare she??.

She noticed her salwar( pants) was removed and was clad in a big shorts that belonged to fateh virk ,her future husband. Another note pasted on the shorts. It read
Neyi chaddi mubarak ho( congrats for new chaddi).
She walked around helplessly. The forest was huge. She was lost and surrounded by wildlife. Would she be able to return home safely. She was puzzled. Tejo was still smarter despite being mentally unstable. Her twisted destiny that was her saviour at times
Two days passed and still no news about the siblings. One was enjoying bits of life in a stolen cab whereas the other was struggling to free herself from the deep wildlife forest
Fateh Virk was annoyed as his darling crazy tejo was missing but at the same time relieved that his marriage with her sibling was called off . She disappeared as well.
Three days later, the police found the mentally disturbed tejo on the streets of Amritsar after a report was lodged by the distraught taxi driver. She was brought home to virks , safe and sound.
As much as fateh was excited to see her and even tried to hug her, she pushed him away , mumbling " bad boy".
Oops, is he in danger as well???
That, time will tell.
Jasmin was still not found. Everyone was puzzled with her disappearance. No one suspected tejo to be behind the misdeed. How could she harm her sister. She was mentally unstable. She was innocent.
Little did they realize that tejo Sandhu was way smarter than anyone else despite being crazy. After all , she was a psychology professor. They seemed to have forgotten the fact.
