So Buzzo must have been at Simran's place so he picked up thinking Tejo is calling .

In normal circumstances Fateh must have directly asked why are you picking Urvashi's phone . Is not he the husband of Tejo ! Is not Buzzo his friend ! But since cheater thinks others are same so he simply deducted his wife is cheating !
