Tejo believing that he has moved on from Chameli's memories is the biggest mistake she has done. Poor girl her heart will break into pieces after learning truth about fateh.

He should not have done that physically using one person to forget another one.

Tejo is not shaped that way. She won't be able to move on. Someone like her who is always in control, becoming physically intimate is like giving away that control in return for trust. She is emotionally invested in Fateh now which is why she allowed herself to be intimate.

She will not be able to take it as a ONS in any manner

This. If the both parties know that they're having just sex, great no issues. But here they're supposed to be married. Tejo already has taken every role. Fateh has proclaimed that she's his wife and future to everyone else.
