The street urchin, born poor, knows the plight of being poor and to survive does petty theft, dandagiri, leads a carefree life and I believe would have been in constant tiff with the police too as he knew once caught he will be tried hard to accept crime which was not committed.
Very true this is also a social issue... the plight of the downtrodden who are the pawns of law. To close a case they are closed down. Branded wrong as there is no one to fight for them.
Their words are never taken into consideration leave alone given any value or respect.
Just because they are born poor are they poor in their self esteem and values? Can they be branded criminal?
