About yesterday...

The episode was excellent. I come to that conclusion after second watch. And here is why I think so.

First watch:
Expected more regreting from Suraj for tricking Chakor like that. Expected he will at least try to go to save her before he is beaten. Expected it will be RV goons instead of villagers. Basically, expected "something more" from Suraj and something less from villagers. Don't blame me for that, I was used to it. Used to see more from Suraj and less from villagers. I remembered Banaras climax and I realised that I was more excited then. The episode just... I just didn't felt it like climax is happening.

I was wondering why. episode have all elements needed to be unforgettable one and VJ completely nailed it. Meera wasn't any less excellent in her part. So definetly it's about story. Episodes like yesterday's are meant to have high pointed things that were the most relevant trough whole track. Last track was all about Suraj's memory loss... and then it comes my high point. Apart of memory loss the track was described by villagers revolt and fight.

There comes my second watching after which I concluded (and felt it also):
Episode indeed was unforgettable and excellent one. It really contains all elements. And it really high pointed both things that stood out trough whole track. I was just too much concentrated on Suraj and Sukor. So much that I missed to see some important things.

It would've been disappointing if villagers just sit down and cried for Chakor. Even more it would be disappointing if they went to I*** and made her part of this all. They did only one thing they have learned recently. Fight. Fight to know where Chakor is. But unfortunately, these things can go far behind our intentions in this kind of stressful situations. I'm not saying what they did is right or wrong. They did what they learnt. A mother who stands in front of man who says her child will die is ready to do everything. And this one did only thing she could do. And it's indirect attack on her, so whatever she did was self-defence and her child defence.

Looking from that perspective villagers didn't do anything more then what they have did before. They did only thing they knew. Just like always. But this time it's Chakor's efforts to bring change that resulted in something different. First Chakor's win.

They beat him with that sticks. My heart wanted to scream but it didn't knew what to scream. He deserved it, but still...
What made my heart break completely is the fact that they hit him but never for once he tried to protect himself. He didn't tried to block not even one hit. And my heart broke by thought that he is doing it on purpose. He is letting them to punish him and he is not even consious of that. Only if he could connect his feelings just before he said that he did trick her, with the way he let people punish him, he would had realised all on his own. But, there was no enough time. My heart broke down. And he feel unconscious.

This is the place where I want to mention that Chakor was so inspirational last night that I had wish to go and make application for some self defence classes. Thank you Chakor, I will definetly do this.
To say she was strong is not enough. This girl was on fire, she was storm and hurricane. And her eyes reflected two things that Udaan is revolving around: fight against enemy's and even more then that her love and belief in her husband. I don't know if it was second of weakness or maybe impact of insult which RV did by taking away her sindoor and mangalsutra, but there was change in her eyes and on her face, which made my broken heart pieces winc in the pain. But even then she gathered herself, her belief and her love can't be taken away by that monster. Her love wins. Chakor's (personal) second win.

He woke up. Looks at her mangalsutra. Recals it all. Is it because of injuries he got? Is it because of her mangalsutra in his hand and because of her screams which he don't percipate but still hears them? I would say it's both. Be it God's will or just cosmos synchronisation, but it's both things that made him HIM once again. But looking deeper in that it's Chakor that made both things possible. She is responsible for villagers act. She is only reason why he ever loved her, she is reason why he was affected with her even when he couldn't remember her. She is reason why he feels her screams and why her mangalsutra which he tied around her neck is so special that it will remained him on his life. Chakor third win.


But in all this where is Suraj's win? It's in fact he didn't tried to fight with villagers. It's in fact that he was enough strong to listen, God, cosmos, and Chakor's unheard screaming. It's in fact that he was enough strong to do what he couldn't do for year's. Recall his life and feell his love. And he did it again. He broke the chains called his memory loss. We saw him braking chains, ropes, doing this and doing that... But sometimes the hardest thing is to free yourself from invisible chains. And he win. So what if he didn't saw her being ill treated by RV and his goons? He felt it. It's the way Sukor is, it's the way Suraj is.

And he will win. Tonight he will again win. No doubt in that. Maybe the next win will be the one I was used to see when it comes to him. But personally, the yesterday's will always remain as my favourite one.

What is most important, while winning on separate sides they won together. Indeed beautiful and magical this win is.

For all people who said Udaan is showing to much negativity... Go and watch 15th February episode. You will see negativity but you will see girl who knows how to beat three man by doing most positive thing on planet. Becoming and being inspiration for other girls.
For all people who said Sukor is not good pairing, don't have chemistry.. or whatever... Go watch 15th February episode. You will see chemistry and ability to make something unrealistic into realistic and watch magic this pair is making even when they are not in the same frame.
For all this who said Udaan is far away from its original concept... Go and watch 15th February episode. You will see that this show not only kept his original concept but add love story and combined it on big level.
