CVs have completely ruined Udaan!

This entire pregnancy track has been nothing but one big disaster for the show and it reflects in the ratings. The CVs cannot begin to justify the damage they have brought to Suraj's character, what responsibility does he have towards Imli? This child is NOT even his! Why get angry at Vivaan for calling Imli a mistress when that is the image he and Imli have portrayed her to be?? It baffles me how Suraj can be so blind by his mahaan act that he fails to see Vivaan and Chakor's POV! He acts like they should be understanding to the damage he has done when in reality he has given them every reason to be hurt and angry. Now you have this divorce track happening and it leads me to wonder did Suraj ever love Chakor? I mean he was shown to be falling for her but can it really be called love? It seems that love confession was premature on his part considering the 180 they have shown with his character. This track would have been understanding had their been logic involved but there is zero and its upsetting to see this show fall apart like this. I don't see how Suraj can be redeemed with the musical chairs the CVs have done when it comes to pairings. At this point even the main concept of this show seems useless after the damage done. KN has been reduced to nothing, Ragini who would have been easy to take down gets to do as she pleases and Suraj has been written completely illogical. I don't know how this show can be saved.

Exactly, I used to watch to see Vivaan, Imli, Chakor and Suraj fight against the negative characters. When Vivaan turned against them, it was frustrating but the show was still worth watching because Suraj was being redeemd. A lot of good that redemption turned out to be, we are back to square one and no one can understand his character. At least when he was negative, or as I like to say grey shaded you could understand him but here I don't know who this person is. Where did the unity go to fight against Ragini, Vivaan and KN? Why introduce a completely nonsensical track and expect viewers to keep watching? They've completely destroyed the main focal points that got viewers hooked to the show. There is no pairing to root for or character.

Couldn't agree more. The current track is going no where except mightily spoling Surajs character. Exceptionally stupid of him to think that he is doing the right thing and expect Chakor to understand. Infidelity is not a small thing, it will literally break a person and he shows no regrets about it to Chakor which is all the more painful. I still don't understand the basic thing of why he chose not to tell Chakor about the plan to saving imli by LYING! From what they have shown, he has taken a complete U turn in the past couple of days to save Imli by completely breaking Chakor which is totally not acceptable. He isn't regretful nor is giving any proper justification. And this Imli Devi, even though it's all Surajs fault, I can't help but want to slap her everytime she comes on screen. Vivaan and Chakor are totally justified in their reactions to the catastrophe ImRaj have caused although Vivaan is more vocal and agressive about it.

The thing that bothers me is not only about what he did to Chakor but how he is reacting to Vivaan. Its as if Vivaan is the bad guy for calling Imli his mistress. How is Vivaan supposed to see his wife? Had Vivaan not been under the impression that he could not have kids then Suraj may have had justification but right now he is getting angry at the injured party here! Vivaan has every right to be vocal and hurt, Chakor I can only wish does the same. If Chakor forgives Suraj for this then I don't know what to say. Chakor flat out asked Suraj if he acted on impulse so her sister would not be taken to a mental asylum he chose not to tell her the truth. It is not like Chakor wouldn't have helped Imli, this is her sister and she would never want harm to come to her. Suraj destroyed three lives and the fact he fails to see that is what is more damaging to his character. Very disappointed in the direction the CVs took this show.

Agree Mandy...the sheer stupidity of Suraj is astounding.

all the colors shows even other channels shows saw a dip in trp this week so you can't blame the track, since suraj-chakor is gonna separated fully in the coming weeks so we will have to wait 2-3 weeks more to see how the new track is working for the show.

My take has always been that Suraj is not Imli's first bachua's father. He probably left her vulnerable to someone else and Imli got pregnant. He feels guilty about it. He knows that it is that mistake of his that is causing Imli to be seen as a bad light - since she has history of pregnancy outside marriage - hence the over the top penance. During Imli's birthday he promised Chakor - he'd take care of Imli and did not. If he tells Chakor the truth of that fateful nite - Chakor Imli Vivaan all get dragged back to the original lie...which is what I think he's avoiding.

But again I may be giving the stupid and insensitive Udaan CVs a lot of credit. They rely on sensationalism as they cannot craft a creative story. Glad the trp dropped...hope it drops further. They deserve it for pulling cheap tricks like this on the audience.

Suraj is doomed - no way to redeem him at this point. I can completely see Vivaan's POV. He is absolutely right to ask Imli to leave the house. If she stays with no care to her self respect - also as Suraj's mistress...how else is Vivaan supposed to react? Suraj defending Immli's honor is laughable. Also while Imli mouths dialogues like didi's mandir and such nonsense...and then is all ready to dress Suraj's wound and care for him and laugh...its downright creepy. I am not a prude...but this is crossing all lines of decency.

I really do not know what Suraj was expecting going to the haveli, which husband would want their wife living under the same roof as them after what Suraj did? He completely tarnished Imli's character in the eyes of everyone and yet acts like they are the bad ones. Take yesterday's episode for example, I caught the part where he told the villagers this is between him and Chakor when they asked why he hurt her. No Suraj it is not between you and Chakor because you told the entire village a lie, for once I am proud of the villagers for fighting for Chakor.

As for Imli, I hated that OLV of her treating Suraj's wound. I would have watched had she kept her distance from Suraj and not seek any help from him. I know Imli is helpless but part of that is because of Suraj. Imli should hate Suraj for ruining her marriage not seeking solace from him. Such damage to these characters, so far Chakor is the only one who has not been ruined but whose to say that won't happen sooner or later?
