sneha..rev suggested the same theory. that time i found vivaans lovely dovely act in initial stage mismatch to this. and olvs too. chajor trying pacify him and all. but it will be a good twist if vivaan is doing this to keep chakor away from him, thus protecting her from the danger when kn came to know abt chakor-vivaan and also not to distract her frm mission. or a fear that he will hurt her again like that accident. or another case kn made some deal in return of vivaans treatmnt
