chakor goes into the village and is stunned to see the transformation of the village. She then remembers that the truck load of people came here for this purpose. Chakors father tells her mom not to give evidence against KN .she refuses to agree. He says kn is powerful and nothing will change.he says if she and chakor give evidence and nothing happens the kn will kill both of them.she says this is the only chance to break KNs empire but he does not listen. he locks her in the house.

The committe members are introduced chakor and then suraj says they must talk to the villagers and not chakor who was not here for 10 years.
They interview the villagers who say they are treated well by kn and are not bandhuas and they are happy Becoz of him and have no complaints.
Chakor tells adithya that these people have been bought and he says they are not speaking becoz they are afraid of KN and suraj.aditya says that if this happens then KN will escape and can even become a minister .aditya says that nobody will believe her word alone Becoz she was not there for ten years.chakor says that one person will the truth about KN.
The villagers tell the members that all the progress is because of kn and kn gloats that he is able to do this with the help of suraj who cares a lot for these village people.
Chakor's father refuses to open the house and leave her mom out. Chakor sends word for her mom.She threatens suicide and her father opens the door and she rushes to support chakor.
CHAKORS TELLS THE COMMITTEE that suraj and kn have threatened the villagers and the committee guy says that they need proof. Chakor says her mother will speak the truth
On seeing chakors mother suraj gestures to Imli who goes to her and tells her that chakors life is in danger and will be killed if she gives evidence she points to the man aiming a gun at chakor. imli tells her mom that chakors life is dependent on her now. Chakors mother is stunned and keeps quiet even after chakor prompts her to speak. Even when the committee asks her questions she just keeps quiet .suraj tells imli that if her mother opens her mouth she will also be killed along with them imli assures suraj it won't happen.
