What did you guys think of the covers of the book?

The significance of the -

- forbidden fruit in Twilight

- bleeding flower in New Moon

&

- torn red ribbon in Eclipse

Did you like them?
Were they too plain?
Did it take you a while to fully grasp their significance?
Would you want to change them?

P.S- The Breaking Dawn Cover will be released in 5 days!

As quoted by Wikipedia
Stephenie Meyer has stated that the apple on the cover represents the forbidden fruit from the book of Genesis. It symbolizes Bella's knowledge of good and evil

Nothing for New Moon nor Eclipse!

Stephenie's covers always have surprised me...I find them all hard to figure out until I read what they represent. Like the breaking dawn cover is totally unexpected..I never imagined that it would be chess pieces. Can't wait to figure out what they mean! 😛
