Lautner: 'Jacob and Edward connect'
Taylor Lautner has reportedly said that he believes his character of Jacob Black and Robert Pattinson's Edward Cullen "connect" in The Twilight Saga: Eclipse.
Accoridng to Now, Lautner said that he thinks the two roles now have "respect" for each other.
He explained: "Jacob hated Edward with a passion, but now they are forced to team up. We have a moment where I have to hate and understand him at the same time. It's the first moment where we're able to connect."
The 18-year-old added that Bella (Kristen Stewart) makes the rivals work as a team.
"As much as we hate each other, we kinda respect each other. We go, 'Let's put this all aside and fight for Bella'."
