According to the book, the situation is different but eventually due to all the ill treatment (frrom both Lavanya nd Anshuman), she is unable to compromise her self Respect and lease the home. This happens when Anshuman is already smitten by her, but is not able to realise. Once she leaves he realises her importance in his life and also how he himself is in love with her. He then ges into a major depression mode since she left him and cant cope up. After Paakhi gets to know her dear husband's plight, she comes back and they live HEA!!

I personally also think she should, cuz no lady with any self respect would want to stay, even if it is her husband's place with a husband who doesnot even want her in the house and is in turn scheming to throw her out.

And anyway its always nice to see a guy in love shed all his inhibhitions and egos and go after his ladylove and get her back with all dignity. Manana tho padega! nd I hope our dear anshuman ache se Paakhi ko manaye.. its always not Paakhi's turn to be goody right!! And she did talk abt abhimaan nd swabhiman also.. les c wt happens..
