TYSM. She could try asking Pawar, but I doubt he'd break his Sirji's trust and tell her everything so easily unless Malhar was in some kind of medical emergency. She could try reaching Kaka, but I doubt he'd trust anyone who's connected to the Deshmukh clan and doesn't trust his nephew, either, after what that awful family has put them through.

The only way to get to the truth without breaking some kind of law or invading his privacy, would be if she asking Malhar himself and he agreed to tell her, which doesn't seem likely at this point. And I'm not saying Malhar is to blame... had she not accused him of killing her first thing when they came face to face, he may have opened up, but seeing how she has no trust in him anymore, he also decided not to share anything with her.

007 we havent forgive n forget initial days of malhars behaviour but he also suffer in life.its because of love for Sampu n AS ka dhoka usaka dimag satak gaya tha..lekin yeh dekho Tom n jerry dono ke ekdusarein ka sath chahiye na..lekin yeh AS jaissi Shurpanaka,Anu jaisi shakuni aur Avani jaisi dukhiyari aa gayi hein..so woh bechare dono kaein to kya karin.

I'm not talking about her being blind to all that the Deshmukhs are doing.. That will take her time..

For a start she can get her own file reopened. I'm sure that's not considered as misuse of power. From there one by one she would be able to gather whatever info she needs. She can ask what happened to the person who shot her (Malhar as per her knowledge). If he was not jailed, why and did he not receive any punishment.

Since she wants answers wouldn't that be the right way to proceed.. ?

Pawar willingly provides her info about Avni who is Malhar's wife to the society. She can ask the same Pawar about his illness if she wants to..

If getting info of Avni is not considered his personal life, then info of his health can also be done isn't it?

Kalyani didn't ask him to marry her... it was AS's idea and he agreed for revenge, the next one was because he had started liking her and couldn't see Atharva ruin her life. Both times no one bothered to ask her what she wanted. Only this last time had both of them taking pheras because they wanted to.

She is like one call away whenever it’s about avni or him..

She is DM she can make excuses but no she is there for her...

When he is not asking for help...she is eager to help....

And what is done in past we can’t justify it....

But here he is bearing more than enough....

You are right - I think eventually she might look into her own file and see what happened that day. I think many things about what exactly happened that day are yet to be revealed. So AS told her that Kaka twisted her case and got Malhar acquitted by saying that they cannot find him guilty for murder unless Kalyani's body is found. So Malhar was acquitted and AS used her power and influence to use the ongoing case to demote him. I said it in a post before that Kaka must have found something that made him believe that Malhar did not shoot Kalyani, even in the flashback that was shown with Kaka telling Anu and AS that I have told you why Malhar is innocent, but ofc, no one believed him.

Kalyani has not tried asking Pawar yet about the medications, I think eventually she will. But this time around, I doubt Pawar will say anything as Malhar has made it really clear now that he does not want Kalyani's help/interference in his life.
