Two things could here.... Malhar could learn of Anu's memory loss and, if he doesn't know, of Swara's marriage to Vivek, as will Kalyani. At the same time, I think this is where Anu will start remembering things or won't be able to fake anger so successfully for her daughter anymore. Because this bawri accident may remind her of all the plotting AS did against Anuyani and remind her that she's not a kind soul as she acts. Having Kallu back may slowly inject some courage back in Anu and Swara as well.

And if that happens, Malhar won't be able to stay angry at her for too long, because whatever is keeping all three hostage of AS and Anna's whims will slowly come out and they'll fight it together as a family, even if Kalma may still be angry at each other or act like it, the old feelings will resurface stronger due to this.
