The only thing that doesn't make sense to be about Atharva being the mastermind is where is he getting all the money to bribe doctors and make fake reports?

It would make more sense if after Rachit's fake death, he found Rachit somehow. Maybe someone called Rachit on his phone and said something to Atharva and he figured it out. And he joined hands with him to blackmail KalMa cause it is also beneficial to him? That would make the most sense.

Rachit helps him blackmail Swara and escape punishment and he helps Rachit blackmail Kalyani? This whole IVF doesn't even happen but they make it look like it did. Racchir seems to be SUPER DUPER wealthy and it's pretty clear that Sampada is going to shady hospitals to get her illegal surrogacy stuff done so makes sense that those people are easy to bribe.

And yes, for the sake of logic we have to assume that SamHar went to the doctors office to give the sperm and egg for IVF. Makes sense they did it ASAP cause Malhar wants to save Moksh's life ASAP.
