How AN belong to malhar.

Guys I am having some doubt plz clear it. I am following thr from very long time but a question I have.which I am not able to answer How AN belong to malhar. I remembered he showed some paper but I don't have any clear image about it.

Aau saheb borrowed money from him n gave power of attorney as a guarantee.... it took her long to return his money n she failed to return it.... an according to the paper if she failed then ahilya Niwas will be on malhar’s name...the time Sampada n Deshmukh betrayed him he took over ahilya niwas As it was written on paper.... n he asked them to leave but on Kalyani’s request he let them live in one room of the house...

Yup dear . Malhar told he didn't want a security but AS due to akkad gave it because they didn't want it to look like an ehsaan that their damaad did on them. Return nahi huva vo money may be due to circumstances and malhar never asked for it. But when sampu left he utilised the clause and claimed the property because he came to know that as knew sampus affair and still forcefully got her married to malhar. He felt all deshmukh were responsible for the betrayal he faced too.hence hence used the clause against them.

But Atul was also a legal heir and he never gave his share to malhar because agreement time he was not there . Since the property is ancestral and partition was not over Atul portion belonged to him and kallu calimed that she and anupriya as his spouse and daughter has full rights to take his share and asked malhar for it which malhar agreed beacuse it was legally correct and he wanted deshmukh to be there so that he can make them suffer.

Deshmukh has 2 rooms an angan and their factory area. Outhouse seems common for both sides

Thank u gayu. Actually Mainu AN ka map kabhi samajh nahi aaya. Ek cheez aur puchu, kalma ne room me Pillu uske cradle Mai sota hai aur atharv bhi bed par sota hai, toh kalma kaha sote hai.

Pillu sleeps in pram abhi because his pram can accommodate him. Athu doesnot actually sleep there he remains there in kalmas room during morning time to play with kallu and khelthe kelthe kabhi so jatha he I think. Night and most other time he is in AS side.

Issue with AN is that . Reel mein Jo kalma k me room he real mein that is behind the scene is in the AS side. But they show it like it is the other side on screen. In set that AS side has only that room which is kalmas onscreen amd one room above the stairs were sampthu remained. But onscreen they show like kalmas room is on other side . So AS side ek room Kam padhtha hena so they tactfully use one on other side and show it onscreen like it is in AS side. That is anus room.thats is the things which make us really confused about AN map.
