To be HONEST watch the episode just to see Avinesh killing it by being a romantic Uma, fast forward all the drama and enjoy looking at him, his expressions, his gestures it's all Beautiful.
Now to drama.
When daydream turns into nightmares, it's high time a person starts reflecting on their deeds that haunt them in their sleep... Massi is scared of getting caught, she is anxious while keeping her character certificate in the cupboard, and sighing in relief to have had a narrow escape, she curses her decision of calling Neha - not all decisions turn out good, what's bad for her might turn good for KanUm. Massi dreams where Aditya confesses and incriminates Massi and presents proofs for it... although it was a dream and Massi is absolutely rattled by it she doesn't let it be shown on her face. The funny thing is that in her dream also Aditya was behaving as a comic brat 😆.
Uma shows Massi that the cow he was working on for years has finally given birth meaning he has succeeded in his fertility medicine - PLEASE don't ask logic in this. For the cow gave birth is important not that she had conceived some time back. That calf had it's mother's name printed on it that Massi was "omg it's mother was childless for such a long time - dear lord have mercy on the minds of people watching this track.
Massi has openly revealed that the new year is going to be something big, and she is about to escape. It's not even in Kanak's wildest dream that their safety is of concern at the moment. She wants to unveil the wicked Massi in front of Uma, But is scared how he would handle such big truth, as with each passing day Uma's trust is shown unbreakable/uncrackable on Massi. Massi who was rattled a few minutes earlier is smug and confident in front of Kanak, she wouldn't let her enemy enjoy even for a second and on top of that she has achieved level 1 of her plan - medicine, now she just wants level 2 (Aditya) and she would leave the house in ruins - as apparently stealing and betraying is not enough she had to have a big showdown.
Coming to the sober part of the episode, Uma throws roses at Kanak while she pretends to sleep - this shows his level of "you know nothing Uma Shankar I am sure he must have removed the thorns but still throwing with a stem attached can poke and scratch. Kanak sees him and turns her head, not believing her eyes and then with a smugness pretends to sleep while he continues to throw roses at her. Uma closed the window and is about to leave when Kanak stops him and tease him for giving up so soon - he says that only a few days are left and he wanted to enjoy the fianc phase, Kanak says that he is using her words back. The way Uma replies that words are not someone's property and they can be used by anyone .. the whole scene was outright amazing, the crackling chemistry between KanUm, the naughty sexy expressions of Uma were mind blowing. Kanak as ever was good - but being a human she ain't satisfied with the Romeo on her windowsill, she asks for more and he says yes to that, he holds out his hand and she takes it, the huge windows are made use of - a while back Uma kept her out of a window, refusing to entertain her romantic antics, today he helped her out of her room via window, I am loving this change. They both stand under the starlight, in front of Shivji idol... it's not yet revealed what's different in front but they hold hands standing side by side in a beautiful night. - night has a charm of its own, the darkness can be beautiful too, for it's in the darkness that one can actually appreciate light. Kanak and Uma are enjoying their midnight rendezvous, still keeping it platonic 😉
