Top 6 Movies - 21, July 2008

1. Dasavatharam – Kamal Haasan's stunning works aren't just revealed with his 10 roles, but with his best script and powerful screenplay. However, each character moves on with its own uniqueness, Kamal Haasan as Balram Naidu carries the entire film on his shoulder with hilarious moments. Asin has nothing to do more with the film despites playing dual roles.

2. Subramaniapuram – An unexpected flick in the box-office and Director Sasi makes a good start. More traces of his mentors Directors Bala and Ameer is spotted and Kathir's cinematography takes the film to higher levels. Musical score by James Vasanthan is another highlight..

3. Aayudham Seivoam – Sundar C adds one more feather to his cap with a commercial entertainer. Director Udhayan inspired by Laghe Raha Munnabhai has well adapted and treated the film according to the tastes of masses.

4. Kuruvi – High expectations for the film indeed dashed down the hopes of Vijay fans. Vijay does a good job with his dance and comedy elements, but annoying absurdities in stunt elements turns out to the spoiler.

5. Vallamai Tharayo – Debutant Madhumitha brings about the film that centers on emotions of a woman. But lack of emotional aspects lowers the graph of film and she should have worked more on this aspect. Parthiban in previous films, sets aside giving importance to female characterizations.

6. Uliyin Osai – Kalainyar Karunanidhi's master piece comes up with an appealing storyline. Blending the historical moments with fiction makes it more powerful. Vineeth does justice to his role and his dancing abilities sets to be the main highlight.

way to go to Dasavatharam i wonder why kuslean is being delayed they are waiting for the people to calm from watchiing that movie and so more pour into the teather for that movie😛
