Well said.I dont feel any emotion was missing.Even,poor Amit didn't get the right song this time.It has been twice Amit Paul got a wrong song which does not suit his voice.No worries,hopefully next week Aneek and Amit will get better songs.This time,zee did not even have a theme for each week.Its like a bit messy.Even Aneek said that to me,he said srgmp challenge was much better.

Lucky Jade, I am glad to see that you undetstood my point. I love all the singers in the show. Amit is also one of my favorite from Indian Idol but how can he get six and Aneek get six today. I think Amit didn't do justice to the song Jane kya chahe mann today. His amazing voice just coudn't delliver the song. I am hoping they would give their contestants enough opportunity to sing some amazing songs to prove their talent.

As far as Aneek is concerned, he did a fabulous job, no mistakes that I could pick and his perf was full of the necessary emotion. It's just that there are lots of things that are not in the favor of any of these contestants:

the organization and construction of the show is messy to begin with. Fans outside of India can not contribute with votes. And there are the little annoying things like the fact that, the names of contestants are not mentioned before the performance. There are lots of things wrong with the show so, that being said, we still have a fav to support and, I know we all feel this way, we would rather have him reach the finals at least than any other alternative. It just adds to all this when song selection is not in the contestant's favor. I just wish Aneek all the best and hope his fans that can vote will do so with as much zeal as they did last time.

Lucky Jade thanks for the video. The more you listen to the song the more I started to appreciate the song. This is a great song but I would like to hear it only at certain times but after listening to Aneek's rendition I like it a lot now. Thanks and you are doing an excellent job dear.

One of the gentleman judges (don't know his name) said,

"Aneek made an example of how a Bengali song can be sung so beautifully. Another thing is that he created such a wonderful balance between the song and his performance. Now a days we don't know whether to evaluate the performance or their singing. People always have looked at both the performance and the singing talent and it is often found that there is no balance between them which creates confusion. The best part of Aneek's singing is that he made it so simple for me to understand when he was changing the scale (going up and down with the hand movements). It was fantastic".

One of the female judges said, "you are just too good, what would you want me to do, hug you or praise you?"

Aneek said "please just bless me so that I can improve and go far in life.

Mitali Singh said, "the fact is, I feel proud of my Bengal. I tell every one that there are tremendous amount of young talents existing in bengal."
