Toshi's voice isnt fit for romantic songs

i am actually scared...i know toshi supporters will jump on me

trust me..toshi was my fav in VOI (though i wasnt regular with that show..but from whatever i have seen..he was awesome)...

today toshi sang 'chaand sifarish jo karta hamari'...hmmm what i am saying is that toshi's voice voice isnt fit for such romantic numbers..i mean when he did the 'subhan allah' part..it was good..but when he sang shaan's part...umm noo it didnt suit him...

ofcourse hez a brilliant singer..but i guess hes not good for such songs..!

now its come to.."its all about voice quality suiting some genre of songs. and less about the talent and ability."

udit narayan is no where close as sonu nigams talent.
but listen at the songs (say common songs) and try to compare. he's such a powerful voice, it seems he is a better singer to all the co singers of the songs. oh ya he is my fav.

same with toshi. he is better in some genre. and no so in some. exact opposite is debu bhaiyya. also harshit has powerful voice.

abhijeet, rahul and vinit are the only all rounders. remaining.

some have thin texture, some thick. emon vs harshit.
sonu vs udit. they will sing differnt songs.

so no worries!!

well yeahh i agree withh yuu toshi's voice didnt suit the song, but i guess he sang okay 😊

I think toshi did a really good job to-day 100%
he sang both haan's and kailash kher's parts really well 😛
actually he was the best to-day after deojeet

but as suual, he got marked less than deserved

to-day even ishmeet was better than harshit and abhijeet

HAHA Manali..Yaar, Toshi fans are not that bad! 😉 O.K there are times when a few of us react a bit too strongly but sometimes the instigation is to be blamed too..After all, Toshi is been one of the most discussed contestants on this show so far..and even though all of the people criticizing Toshi do not exactly deserve to be tagged as Haters but there are certain people who hate him with a passion too..

About the topic..I found him good but indeed his voice didnt completely suit the romantic part..but IMO, it goes for most of the contestants..they all have their comfort zones and zones where they usually falter..

Hmmm toshi doesnt sing that many romantic songs, bt chand sarfarish wasnt all that bad, even shaan sed after toshi had sang that you should sing more romantic songs....Not up to the mark of toshi's capability bt still saying his voice isnt fit for romantic songs is a huge statment to make...Not bashing you tho k!! 😊 Everyone open to there own opinions!
