That pic is at the very end of the episode pics... which means the person who was capturing the pics, had some commercials recorded in their video. That's why, when he/she was taking the captures, they took a cap of the video AFTER KAA had ended and KDMHMD promo was on...😃 So, the pic is of the KDMHMD promo, not KAA and when this capture was taken, the KAA precap was over...😳
