Scene continues from yesterday where Bhandari (nihal's lawyer) tells the judge he'll prove that nihal didnt commit the murder. Dev's lawyer objects it saying how can he prove nihal is not the killer when nihal himself agreed he killed rishabh. Bhandari tells according to the law its said that evenif a culprit goes free no innocent should be punished, he is also trying to do that. Judge agrees.
Bhandari questions Nihal. Asks him why did he kill rishabh. Nihal tells him that he killed rishabh becaz rishabh secretly married roma in a temple and when she became pregnant he was tring to avoid her. Suhana is to be questioned. Bhandari asks her where was she when rishabh's murder happened. She said she knew that rishabh had secretly married roma and she have asked him to tell everyone that and accept roma. But he wasn't doing that. So she made a false DNA report and blackmailed rishabh to speak out truth. He told her that he'll tell everyone truth the next day. But later at night he went to meet roma. She was suspicious, so she followed. When she reached there, she saw him trying to harm roma. so she tried to resist it and accidently rishabh fell down frm the building. And when she came down....
Bhandari completes it saying rishabh was dead. So that means rishabh's killer is suhana not nihal. Nihal yells at him to leave suhana alone becaz he himself is the killer.

Dev's advocate tells judge that bhandari is trying to say that suhana takural killed rishabh takural? So there is only chance to find out the truth and the only person who was witnessing, indeed who is the reason for murder was at the murder spot is nihal's sister roma. Nihal asks judge y shld he question his sister now that he have already accepted his mistake.. Judge is abt to reply when clock stikes 5. So court is adjoined till tomorrw..
Everyone is going out of the court. Nihal's chacha tells nihal not to worry.. Nihal tells him suhana didnt kill rishabh.. Shikha is abt to enter the car with dev, chacha and rohit, but he turns back and looks at suhana who is cuming downstairs... Shikha starts walking towards suhana but dev calls her from back.. Shikha tells dev that she want to tell him something and tells suhana bhabhi didnt kill rishabh... episode ends there...
