Thanks Vijay . Its really a cool feature that helps us to remember who has got a warning and also to watch out as some forget . I hope I always see mine and all at 0% as we do not want anyone to be suspended.

Just out of curiosity does this automatically ( i know u are all about automation ) suspend the person who reaches 100%.
