epi starts with kinju standing outside thinking over the words of the nurse and neena....she touches her womb when urmila walks to her asking her y she left...kinju walks aside and says to her that she won't abort the child...urmila walks to her asking her not to take such a decision when kinju says that she can't kill an innocent baby....he is at no fault and so decided not to abort....kinju explains to her mom that she won't do it...her mom explains to her that this way she will ruin her life....urmila says that she must for her own self taking her back in...
on the road neena is harshly driving when she get sinto an acccident with the taxi driver that urmila and kinju sat in....the driver makes a scene about it neena solves theproblem giving him a card but he says he wants cash...he goes on giving her a lecture... when she sees kinju's bag in his taxi and walks to it..she picks it up when the driver shouts at her...neena questions him...he finally tells her where he had dropped them after she threatens him about the police...
at the hospital urmila is pacifing scared kinju...while on the other side kanu is continuing the pooja...kinju gets a number for her abortion...as they flashback and forth with kanu and kinju...the nurse finally comes to get kinju and she is taken away....kinju is slowly walking towards the room as kanu is shown doing the pooja...the pooja is over...when the doc comes out and urmila asks her to abort the child today....the doc says that she should have brought her here earlier and the case is complicated and it is risky...urmila freaks out...urmila is confused and tensed when a flashback is shown of where neena sneaks into the hospital asking the doc to help her out...it comes back to present and the doc consoles neena that everything is okay...neena is relieved....
neena gets home when she meets her step mom in law and her son who taunt her...then she meets kanu who shouts at her for not being there...kanu's step mom and son are shown walking towards their room as kanu continues about the baby...but fortonately they can't hear a thing...neena consoles kanu telling him that his baby was in danger and that's y and she will go make the surrogate wear this...
pandey is happy with surprises...when they all find out the abortion didn't take place...everyone is shocked....the end...
