Hi People
I want to start a thread on the beautiful lyrics in the serial.😛
As I have no formal Hindi education (being a second generation South African of Gujju origin!) please correct my mistakes😳..NB I've used the ITRANS scheme for Hindi sentences.

The Moon Song
This is by far my favourite song so far. Makes me wanna fall in love ! Ram and Sita, after catching a glimpse of each other earlier in the day, both stare at the moon that evening. Mesmerised by each other, they use the moon as a metaphor to express their blossoming love for each other❤️.

Ram : siya-mukha kA pratibiMba samajha kara, apalaka dekhe shashi ko raghuvara
Sita: socha rahi sItA sukumarI, bhArI rena ke shiva-dhanu bhArI
Ram : shashi kA rUpa nayana kA chhala hai, shashi sakala.nka siyA nirmala hai
Sita: tujha sA bhAgya chandra kahA merA, rAma ke nama me sthAna hai terA
Ram : prema kI ga.ngA hR^idayo.n mai plAvita, dono eka dujhe se prabhAvita
Sita: jo priya rAma basai hai mana mai, siya unhe dekhe shashi darapaNa mai
Translation (this is not a literal translation, but I hope it capturse the spirit)
Ram : Understanding it to be the reflection of Sita's fair face, Ram stare at the moon without blinking.
Sita: The tender princess Sita sensing the gravity of the night thinks to herself : "This heavy night will end with an even heavier bow (the bow of Lord Shiva which Ram will have to lift)
Ram : The moon's beautiful form is really an illusion of the eye, since the moon has blemishes, but Sita is pure and spotless (therefore it is inappropriate to compare Sita's face to the moon)
Sita : Oh Moon ! How can I compare my fortune to thee ! You have a place in Ram's name (viz. Ramachandra)(..and I pine to have a place in his heart)
Ram : The stream of love flows as pure as the Ganga from both their hearts, mesmerised and enamoured are they by each other.
Sita : Her beloved Ram that abides in her heart, Sita gazes upon him in the mirror-like moon
