Ragini's wedding starts off well and Malti makes a fake call to the hospital to lure Sadhna to the wedding. And as she wanted just as the pheras were abt to begin Sadhna arrives there, much to everyone's surprise. Puneet's mom sees Sadhna and is furious that Ragini's family never mentioned that they had such a beautiful daughter and orders that the pheras will not continue till they have a talk with the Ragini's dad. Nani and Mami are nervous and worried about what the outcome of all this will be, and Sadhna is shattered seeing that the pheras have been stopped becuz of her and she realises that she was tricked so that she comes to the wedding. Puneet's parents and Ragini's parents have a serious talk and Puneet's mom tells them that they have to either marry off Sadhna to Puneet instead of Ragini or pay 10lacs in cash if they want Puneet married to Ragini. Mama and Mami are shocked at this. Ragini is worried about what is happening and wonders if the interuption in the pheras happened becuz Puneet's family doesn't like her. Mamaji tells Puneet's mom that they won't be able to pay them 10lacs. Puneet's mom continues to go on insulting them when Ragini tells them to stop it, and refuses the marriage herself. Mamiji and Naniji try to stop Ragini, but Mamaji supports her.

Undoubtedly this week the Character of the week title goes to Ragini for not taking any more insults and replying back to Puneet's family's insults. Her acting was superb, and her dialouges were just amazing!
The scene when Mamaji's friend sang a Qawali and they show all the rituals btw Puneet and Ragini taking place. This Qawali if from the movie Dhadkan.

The intense episode of January 3rd when Ragini bravely steps forward and gives Puneet and his family a befitting reply to the insults thrown at her and her family.
