Okay folks, here goes. I did not watch very closely because I was in the midst of rolling out chapathis, but I will do the best I can.
It opens with ACD talking to Charu, who agrees to give him the files with the material she has. This is being overheard by somebody through an open window (did neither ACD nor Charu notice an open window and a face there?) ACD leaves after this, inspite of Charu asking if he wishes to speak to Priya, saying that she is probably busy with her tasks. Actually, he knew he would be toast if he went to talk to her. Charu's maid goes to the kitchen, and sees this peeping Tom guy from the kitchen window. At that point, he also sees her and runs away. Now the maid also goes running outside, not into the house, which is where he was peeking, calling Amma, amma. Whose amma could be outside? As we are pondering this, Charu comes from somewhere outside. This means that she is capable of magically transporting herself outside the house at will. No magic carpet involved here. The maid tells her about this unknown stranger who eluded Charu's massive security cordon and opened the correct window to spy on her and ACD. Charu is wondering who could be behind all this.
Ramya tells Srini's wife that they should go and visit Srini, and the wife tells her that she has already told her husband that she will not be visiting him again. She tells her DIL to go and do something else useful. The son also came in at this point, but I missed the conversation, at the end of which Srini's wife got up and walked off. Ramya is left looking puzzled.
Abirami corners a very pregnant Rohini, who is trying to hide it unsuccessfully behind a sari which is draped in a very odd manner,designed to arouse suspicions. Rohini asks her colleagues to move on, and then asks Abi what the matter is. Abi taunts her saying even though she has taken Abi's place in the house, she could not even see her MIL's face at the end. Abi says that she will unseat her and make her life difficult as the DIL, and she heard all that Madhan said to Rohini that day etc. Exwife going to take her rightful place back?
SKPK yells at Kannaku and his other henchmen, saying that they could not find Othakkai Subbu, and they say that they do not know where to find him, and they would find him if only they knew where to look. He tells them he is disgusted and tells them to buzz off. Meantime, our inquisitve snoop, KNK, overhears all this and reports it all to ACD from the breakfast room, not even caring to take basic precautions like going to a bathroom or even her own room. How many times have I said that this woman does not know basic police techniques? I could do better. As expected, SKPD comes in and when he asks who she was talking to, she says she was talking to Muthiah, her so-called adoptive father. SKPD tells her to eat breakfast and so she goes to wash her hands, leaving her phone on the table (what did I say about inadequate training?) and SKPD picks up the phone. He looks at it and is presumably looking at the last number dialed, as KNK looks on from the washroom. Thodarum .....
