Episode begins with Maasi looking around for Bani. Bani comes and asks her where Ganga is, Maasi tells her that Ganga is asleep. Bani tells her that she doesn't want to go to Mumbai. Maasi tells her that nothing is left for them in Meerut and that they should go to Mumbai. At least there they have assurance of shelter and people who are their own. Bani bursts out how can we call them our own, they are the people who threw her out, who abused her character, who don't even care if she's alive or dead. I cannot risk even their shadow falling on Ganga. Maasi tells that even I have no attachment for the Ram who threw out his Seeta, the Ayodhya which refused Seeta shelter, but at least there is the Pujari who the Thakur referred us to in Mumbai and Daksh is also there. Moreover we now have Ganga to think of. How can we expect her to be homeless and go through all the hardship we went through 5 years ago. This is the child we taught to wish upon a star, how can we tell her that the stars are her roof now? But Bani is adamant about not returning to Mumbai what if something happens to Ganga. Mumbai scares me. Maasi tells her that she has to emerge from the shadows of her past Bani says that what if JW comes to know about Ganga and does something. Maasi asks with what right will he, after all when he threw you out he didn't even know you were pregnant. Maasi says that it's a big city and we won't meet your daughter's father. Ganga overhears the last part of the conversation and is thrilled to know that her father is in Mumbai. Bani prays at a temple and is joined by Ganga. Bani tells her that they are going to Mumbai. Ganga is happy to hear his and they pray but ask for diametrically opposite things. Bani prays that she never comes in front of JW and that their paths never cross. Ganga prays that like Luv/Kush of the Ramayan she is able to bring her parents back together. Ganga prays to Hanuman, while Bani prays to Seeta. Ganga prays that God gives her the strength to bring JB together.
In Mumbai Jigz and Karuna are discussing Bani's appearance. Karuna refuses to believe it but Jigz tells her Bani is alive and even JW saw her. It was her good luck that she was able to convince him that it was someone else. Karuna tells her so what if Bani is alive. JW is a married man, married to Meera. Jigz tells her what marriage. JW doesn't regard Meera as his wife, the marriage happened coz he needed it and Meera was helpless. JW still hates Bani and that is cause for worry for Jigz. His hatred for Bani is based on the pain of losing Atharv/Krishna and this is a pain shared by Bani and they have a common past and this can link them once more in an unbreakable bond that will not break for saat janam. Then Karuna thinks back to when Dadi had said she's seen Bani and she'd not taken her seriously. She'd forgotten to tell Jigz and Jigz is upset how Karuna could've forgotten something do important and tells her that the old hag knowing about Bani being in Meerut is an added danger. Meera comes and smilingly( Someone wipe that perennial vacant smile off PLEASE) and announces that breakfast is ready. Jigz snaps at her rudely and says we don't need details all the time, what perfume you wear, who's
wearing what, what size shoes you wear… always yakking all the time. Go down we'll join you.
At the breakfast table everyone is waiting as Jigz & Karuna come and then JW makes his entry(decent tie today). Everyone begins eating. Raashi is sitting next to a little girl so presumably she's had a daughter. Rano has a very corporate suited look. Anyway Dadi says she wants to return to Meeerut. JW is surprised that they've just returned, but tells her he's got no objection she can do as she pleases. He tells Adi to make arrangements and asks him what the day's plans are. Adi tells him that they have a meeting with the Zee channel people. They leave and everyone gets up leaving the two witches sitting at the table.
At the station Bani arrives and thinks back to the time when she had come to this city first with her sisters. Ganga looks all around awed at the highrises and the bustling traffic. Maasi tells Bani that we should at least tell Daksh about our arrival. But Bani refuses saying that he'll insist we stay with him and that she does not want that as it will make the slur on her character seem true.
Jigz and Karuna come to see Dadi packing. Jigz tells her that she knows that Dadi wants to see Bani and tells her they know. As Dadi tries to tell her nothing of the sort, Karuna tells her not to lie as she had dragged Karuna to see Bani in Meerut. Dadi tries to say that it was someone else but Jigs digs her claws into Dadi and tells her that at her age she is susceptible to falls down the stairs, sudden accidents, heart attacks. She threatens her that under no circumstance should she entertain thoughts of bringing JB together and holds her hand cruelly forcing Dadi to say that she never saw Bani and will keep quiet. Jigz then lets go and asks Dadi if she wants any juice, after all she loves her so much. They leave leaving behind a scared Dadi.
Maasi Bani and Ganga are trying to board a crowded bus but with all their luggage they cannot . They walk in the hot sun and all are tired. Struggling with their bags. Bani sees Ganga drooping and says she'll carry her but Ganga refuses saying she's fine. Maasi smiles lovingly and says that Ganga is a brave girl. As they walk the crowds of Mumbai jostle and push and Ganga's hand slips out of Maasi who's arguing with someone for pushing her. Bani and Maasi search frantically for her and see her praying in front of a temple. Ganga prays that she's able to reunite her parents, but tells God that she's too small to achieve all this on her own, she needs God's help to manage. They stop at a traffic signal and Maasi asks her what she asked for and Ganga says for the return of lost happiness. JW has also stopped at the same traffic signal but JB cross without seeing each other.
Maasi asks a passer by for directions and he tells her go right while pointing left and Ganga finds Mumbaikars sense of direction strange. As they carry on Bani passes by Krishna/ Atharv's school and goes in to see a memorial put up in their names as the beloved children of JW( no mention of Bani, the mother). She hears her own voice ringing in her head, shrieking for her children and relives the horror of their deaths as the frame freezes on her tearstained face.
- Jigz seems to have taken over where Beemri Maayi left off!! Surprised Adi is so busy playing PA to Jai, that he's unaware of her abuse of his mother.
- Raashi has had a daughter Which means Jigz plans of Saahil returning is a major flop.
- At least Jigz doesn't consider the Jai Meera marriage a real one. But please Meera should wipe that silly goofy smile off her face.
