Episode begins with Dhanraj continuing his narration. Anamika had been brought to the Randheria home and grew up with Daksh. Occasionally Bani's parents also came to meet her. Inevitably Daksh and Anamika fell in love and got married. They show a wedding ceremony taking place between Daksh anfd Anamika. All the Randherias are looking on and blessing them. But on their wedding night a terrible accident happened. They show a flashback of Anamika asking Daksh to make her coffee. Daksh goes to the kitchen and is getting ready to put the saucepan on to boil when Ayah Ma comes and tells him his friend has called. He tells Ayah Ma to make the coffee and goes to talk to his friend. She turns on the gas but remembers that Dhanraj had asked her to call Shalini and leaves the kitchen, leaving the gas leaking. Anamika comes to the kitchen and sees Daksh on the phone, she decides to make the coffee herself. As she lights up the gas explodes and Anamika burns to death in front of Daksh's horrified eyes and he watches his love burn and is helpless to save her. Even though Ayah Ma was not directly responsible, somehow the Randherias always found her culpable and sent her far away. Daksh lost his mental balance and ever since then Dhanraj has roamed the world leaving no stone unturned to cure him, but to no avail.
Jai is driving and thinking of all the times Daksh has come between him and Bani while the song from 'Dor' plays, about the naazuk dor... Bani comes home thinking that the existence of her twin had so far been kept from her and that Daksh is her twin's husband. Now she is able to understand why Daksh reacts to her the way he does. Jai comes and Bani is surprised to see him back so soon as he had told her that he would be going out of town. Jai very sarcastically asks her that all has ended, his work, he means, and whether he's wrong by coming home . He asks her how the program was and Bani tells him that she was unable to attend as she had been called to attend to Daksh. Jai then tells her that even though he had been the one to tell her to help Daksh he feels she's done enough for Daksh and that now her home, her children and her husband need her. She agrees and Jai thanks her and leaves the room.
Daksh is at the doctor and the doctor tells his parents that he's showing a remarkable recovery and that 60% of his brain has started working.( I thought he was mad, not brain dead). Dhanraj says that it is all thanks to Bani and ever since Daksh saw her dressed as Anamika he's started improving. Shalini asks whether Bani will agree now after getting to know the truth, but Dhanraj tells her that both Jai and Bani have promised to help them.
Krishna and Atharv are upset with their parents for not attending their function. Both Jai and Bani promise them that it will not happen again. The kids see JB with long faces and tell them that they'll perform again for the two of them. They dance while Jai and Bani look on. Bani is happy, but Jai looks bugged still. Dhanraj calls on Banu's cell and tells her that he wants to tell her something important. Bani also tells him that she too needs to talk to him. As she talks, Jai looks daggers at her. As she hangs up, Jai asks Bani whether she'll be able to convimce Dhanraj. She tells him that she's sure he'll understand that her first priority is her family and that she cannot help any more. As she leaves Jigz comes and asks Jai why he let Bani go? Why didn't he punish her, why did he forgive her so easily, when she keeps hurting you?? How can you tolerate her with you and remain calm. Jai tells Jigz that she won't understand, but Bani has always forgiven him his failings so he owes her a chance. Moreover he still loves her and cannot think of a life without her. And in any case it is his and Bani's life. Jigz is disgusted that her plans have come to naught.
Bani comes to meet Dhanraj and he tells her excitedly of Daksh's improvement and that he doesn't know how to thank her. Bani tells him to release her from the responsibility of looking after Daksh as she is neglecting her family, her children and there is nothing more important to her that her realtionship with Jai and she doesn't want that bond strained. But Dhanraj tells her that just as Jai is important to her, Daksh is important to him and he will do anything for him. He then says that Jai's fortunes are now dependant on the money which the Randherias have pumped into the business, money against which Jai has mortgaged all his property. If he wants he can take it all away and Jai will be on the streerts. He tells Bani that its just for a short while and Jai needn't come to know. This way Daksh will be cured and Jai's business will survive. Only you can stop me from destroying JW. He tells Bani that he's not an evil man, and doesn't want his request to be turned into a threat.
Bani comes home and sees all the members happy and smiling, She thinks how the happiness of the family matters so much to Jai. Dhanraj calls and Bani agrees to help him. Dhanraj is happy that she's shown maturity in her dealing of the situation. Episode ends on Bani's troubled face.
