Episode begins with Bani and Chacha in the buyer's office. The man is apologising profusely but says that in this day and age one has to be careful of frauds. He hands over a demand draft for the remaining 55lakhs and hands over the papers for Bani's signature. Both Bani and Rano look very sad and a sad version of the KS title song plays which says' chaltehi rehna...', while a flashback of all the old Mt Abu scenes are shown. Bani signs and the man tells her that the formalities are complete.
Ranveer , looking murderous as usual, walks into Raashi's room and hears her taking a shower in the bathroom. He takes the key and locks her in( how childish!!). Raashi finishes and on trying the door finds it locked. She panics and begins to bang on the door. Jigz hears her banging and rushes to let her out. Raashi comes out cowering and delirious with fear, telling Ranveer not to kill her. Jigz tells her that Ranveer is not around, the door could've got locked on its own or maybe the kids could've played a prank. She tells Raashi that this is the same Ranveer who loved you and he will not harm you coz you are carrying his child. She tells her to stay calm for the sake of the child and reminds her to have her medicines.
In the Mt Abu house, Bani and Rano are removing all their personal effects, while flashbacks of all their Mt Abu scenes are shown. The next day as Bani and Rano come out of the house with Pia, they overhear Chacha begging the buyer to do something later. Chacha then gives the girls their tickets and Bani asks him the matter. The buyer says that he wants to demolish the house right now. The sisters are horrified and Rano tells him that the only reason they sold their house to him was b'coz he liked the house. The buyer says that the house and land are his to do what he wants and instructs the bulldozer to start moving. Rano places herself in front of the bulldozer but Bani manages to pull her away. The house begins getting broken down as the sisters watch helplessly. Pia begins to move her fingers and to everyone's shock suddenly shouts out' Ruk Jao' and then faints. Both Bani & Rano look stunned.
At the doctor's chamber the Doctor is telling the sisters that this is all b'coz of their love and attention that she's improving and with them around Pia should improve within the next few weeks.
Bani & Rano are at the station and Bani tels Rano to take Pia into the compartment. She thanks Chachaji for all his help and he reminds them that whenever they come to Mt Abu they have a home with him. Bani then sees Scary Man hiding behind a pillar. She runs to him and begins bombarding him with questions, as to who he is, why is he following her, why did he give the photo to her, but the man is silent. A newsvendor tells her that the man is deaf and dumb. He keeps gesticulating but Bani is unable to understand and is upset that she couldn't get to the root of the Raaz.(Thank God!!)
The mad boy's dad and mom arrive at the demolished Mt Abu house looking for the 3 sisters but are told by the labourers that the girls had come to sell the house and now that they've accomplished their goal they have left for Mumbai. Dhanraj, the father says that they have to find Bani walia.
Jai is standing and looking at WM with a heavy heart. Adi sees him and asks him what he's doing, Jai replies that he's looking at his home. Adi tells him that he knows about the impending loss of the house, Jai is shocked but says that he cannot keep the house otherwise production in the factories will stop. He says I know Bani and the kids will adjust but what about the rest, they're all so attached to the house. Adi tries to console him that we've spent so many good times with you in this house, now we'll ride out the bad times as well. Jai bursts out that they've just emerged from Bad times and now again he's back to square one. He's tired of the bad times.
Bani calls Jai from a PCO( Cute Scene- love these telecons of JB). She wishes him a very happy birthday, and Jai says that she's the first to wish him. She's missed so many of his birthdays that this time she wants to be with him. She tells him to open the cupboard and Jai opens it to find a wrapped gift. She tells him that she'll pray that this birthday will be a new beginning for him, but Jai finds it hard to be happy and Bani senses his despondence. She asks him the matter and why he's worried, Jai tells her to return soon and that he's waiting for her. Bani tells him that she's en route and will be home in the evening.
Adi sees Jai racking his brains on the comp. Jai says that he's exhausted all options, there's no way out. Adi says they must accept the inevitable and it would be better to break the news to the family in order for them to get used to the idea. Jai curses himself saying that it's all his fault, and Adi tells him to stop blaming himself. Jai says that he doesn't want any fingers pointed at Bani. Adi tells Jai to keep his chin up and to face the day like himself, like Jai Walia.
Episode ends on Jai's tortured face.
