Nobody's really bashing her. I think most of us are trying to decipher her definition of friendship 😉 . From what I understand, she wants all the contestants to go gaga over her performance if they want to be called her friends. I'm 16 years old(younger than her), but evn I don't want my friend to suck up to me all the time.. Cheers!

I have always admired this girl for showing such maturity at such a young age. She never cried like Puja though both are the same age. But today, I have lost all respect for this girl. I can understand her being lonely, but why did she have to malign a fellow contestants reputation. I am sure she is well aware that their every move is recorded. The way she spoke about Deepali was horrible. Deepali gave her the right advice.People in this forum have said it umpteen times that Ankita needs to concentrate on singing. She could have just ignored the advice, why make it public. And if I'm not mistaken she said Chang is her friend, her mother sits in the audience, so why is she lonely? Also, she says sorry in the end and starts crying, what good is that when you have already said everything?

I can choose to ignore the loneliness, that is understandable. But I felt insulting a fellow contestant was not needed. If Deepali had to be saved, I don't think the Janta would have voted for her after listening to Ankita's comments. And how great is Sony Tv for showing this right before Deepali's elimination. What sort of an impression will be left in people's minds? I am thoroughly disappointed with Ankita today.

huh jealous. stop bashing Antika. No one can stop her to become indian idol

Before judging Ankit or Deepali, conduct a reality check. How many of you as teenagers have had your emotions and interactions under public scrutiny? How many of you have been forced to express yourself as part of entertainment? While Deepali gave sane and good advice she also said some harsh things that can be taken the wrong way, and Ankita has over reacted to the situation by naming Deepali in front of the public. Whatever the situation is and whoever is right or wrong, I refuse to let a reality show steal the right to dignity of any individual. To me Indian Idol is about singing and performance. They are still young teenagers and I feel that it is unfair of the media to extract their volatile emotions into public in the name of hype and drama. I used to respect Indian Idol more since the contestants were mostly candid and there was no injection of drama. It seems that even Indian Idol is going the western way of injecting romantic link ups, personal rivalry to up the drama factor - all at the cost of the privacy and emotions of young impressionable teens.

Honestly, how many of you even with good intentions may have said harsh or unintentional words to friends. How many of you may have been hurt by a friend and bitched about to another to release your feelings. We all make mistakes and react unintentionally. Every person is but human. Look at yourself in introspection and it is only yourself you need to be honest with. The only difference is none of us will have the pressure of millions judging us by what we say or do. We at least have the freedom to be ourselves.

Oh Pleeeeeeeeeez .. Ankita is NOT fit to be an Idol from any angle all she cares about is HERSELF ..instead of hugging the contestant who is voted out she stands on stage only considering herself ..abhishek had to hug her .when she was out of the danger zone and he was out ...when it should haver been her consoling him same happenned with dipali .. Dipali hugged Ankita ..when she should have gotten a hug .. so anyone who is shallow as ankita ..doesnt deserve to be an Idol even if he/she was the best perfomer or singer on the Earth. It was Anki Baby , ankiteshwari etc etc who should have been voted out .I agree with Alisha 100% singing is important for an idol .

Awesome..sorry to ask what is your age..it shows more maturity. And all IF is filled with teens..so they starting hating like anything. We really need reality check and Sony..they need bullshit for taking advantages just for TRPs..in fact I want all contestants to leave the show..if they have some self respect. Thank god...I am not a singer..I will be really greatful to God..He did not make me singer..Thank God..I lived in Mumbai..but never fall pray to such weird things in my life..God save this world and indian Public and Ankita..Sony has ruined her life forever now..People will always think bad about her now..even her classmates and her friends.

Why does Ankita ask questions when she is not ready to take an honest answer or opinion ..? her crying in public is just to get sympathy votes ..I cant wait for her to be voted out she should have been out much earlier
