The episode starts with Pia begging Bani to let her out. She says that she hasn't slept or eaten anything the whole night and if she could let her out from this closed place where the mosquitoes are eating her up alive. Bani replies to her and tells her that she did the same to Bani five years ago and she is just paying for all of that.
Jigyasa is in the tijori room which is full of white rats. Bani had replaced the money in there with rats. As Jigyasa opens it, the rats pounce at her and she has to spend an entire night with them. She is scared and driven to tears. She pleads with Bani to let her go to which Bani replies that she went through the same pain and suffering all those nights and Jigyasa should also get a taste of her own medicine.
Karuna is coughing in her room and is looking distraught. Bani enters and tells her that Jigyasa is responsible for this state of hers and that she was the only one who knew where you were. She tells Karuna that Jigyasa wanted to grab all the money and give Karuna nothing.
Bani goes to Jigyasa and tells her that Karuna is responsible for all of this and she was the one who leaked all the information to Bani and Bani had to also pay Karuna for this. She tells Pia that Jigyasa is to blame for her state since Jigyasa was overwhelmed when Pia was thrown out of WM as it made her job to get all the property much easy.
Karuna is ranting about how Jigyasa cannot be anyone's and how she was a fool to believe her. Pia joins in and states the same and also that she isn't there for her own husband so why would she be there for them. Jigyasa enters and tells them that Bani came to her too but she didn't believe her cos she isn't foolish like them. She says that it is Bani's move to create a rift between the three. Bani enters and tells her to stop lying and takes all of them to Jigyasa's room where 'talashi' takes place and the money is found.
Ranveer is working in his room when Raashi comes from behind and grabs him. He gets infuriated and pushes her and instead she gets hurt by the edge of the bed. It starts to bleed and she remembers all the old episodes of his physical abuse. She asks him what happened to which he replies that they had a relationship 5 years ago but not anymore. Rano enters and tells him to stop talking like that but Raashi tells her to just leave and let Ranveer and her handle their matters. Ranveer gets upset and leaves. Raashi tells Rano that all of this is her fault and Rano did the wrong but the hurt was given to Raashi. Rano says she hasn't done anything to which Raashi replies that learn from this and do something now, take a step now and she leaves.
Jai is at the breakfast table and is smiling. He doesn't tell anyone the reason for his smile and good mood but on probing further he states that he say love for him in Bani's eyes last night and that has given him hope that beneath all the hatred there is still some love, he is still there somewhere in her heart. Everyone is happy and that minute Bani comes down inviting them, very sweetly, for a function she has organized. Everyone is happy to see her like this and are confident that old times will be back once again, very soon.
