Arjun Punj > I think you were mistaken. I was in none of these shows. And my challenging role still has to come my way. Gurdeep > Ho arjun, why did u do a B-grade film like Time-pass ? Weren't you disappointed with your role in the film? Arjun Punj > Yes I was disappointed with the film. I thought Shweta International (Production House) was a decent banner to start with but it didn't happen the way I wanted it to be. Gunjan > Are u going to be more careful in the future when selecting films? What sort of roles are you looking at doing in films? Arjun Punj > Yes I am going to be very careful and only do big banner films if they come my way. I am looking at doing all kinds of roles, nothing specific. HImani > If Arjun Punj was not a TV Actor, he would be a ...? Arjun Punj > I would have been a director. Arryan > Are TV actors really so desperate to get into films that they are willing to accept any role in Bollywood? Arjun Punj > Well I don't know about the others but I don't want to do that because I have already made a mistake by doing Time-pass (movie). Karishma > How did you get into Indian television and why did you choose to do acting? Arjun Punj > I always wanted to be an actor. I started off by going to the cine-vista office. They they liked my pictures, took my screen test and they selected me for Sanjeevni . PB> How do Bollywood filmmakers react to Indian TV stars? Do they give them any importance? Do they watch TV? How aware are they about TV serials and actors? Arjun Punj > Some bollywood directors keep a look on the TV actors and offer them roles too. But some directors only want to work with stars and they don't keep an eye on TV actors. Radha> Would you like to give any suggestions to people who are interested in the acting for the small screen? Arjun Punj > Be focussed and be ready to work for long hours. Shashank> What are your expectations form the serial Who Rehne Wali Mhahalon Ki ? Arjun Punj > > It's a great show .And I love my character in the serial. It's different so hopefully it should do well. Karishma > As a TV actor which was your struggling point? Were you ever on the verge of giving up? Arjun Punj > My struggling point was before I signed on to Sanjeevni but I was definitely not the verge of giving up. Lolo> In the long run are you going to be working on TV or films? Arjun Punj > I definitely want to do films...that's my dream. But if I am not lucky I will continue with TV. Karishma > Are you working on any other projects or are you planning to? Arjun Punj > Right now I am only working on Woh Rehne Wali Mehelon Ki . This project is very time consuming, so right now I am only focussing on one show. Karishma > If you had to choose between Television and Bollywood which one would you choose and why? Arjun Punj > I would like to choose Bollywood because that's my dream. Karishma > Who is your favourite in the Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki and why is that person your favourite? Arjun Punj > I don't watch that show. Karishma > When are you and Gurdeep planning to get married? How did you two meet? Arjun Punj > We met on the sets of Sanjeevni. We haven't finalised on a date as yet. Sweety > Tell us something about your family. Were they apprehensive when you decided to become an actor? Arjun Punj > My family was very supportive and I wouldn't have been here without their support. I am the only child. I have my mom, dad and grandmother .They live in Delhi. Tina > What is your dream role? Arjun Punj > My dream role is to do an action film. Rahul_delhi_no1 > What turns you on and what turns you off? What is your greatest extravagance? Arjun Punj > Simplicity turns me on. Hypocrisy turns me off. I am on a verge of buying a house so that would be my greatest extravagance. Boys > What sort of roles do you like to portray on screen?
