1 cup sugar
4-5 green cardamom (Chhoti Ilaichi) - seeds
1 cup ghee (not oil)
dry fruits - pistachio (Pistay), almond (Badam), raisins (Kishmish)
Mix all into a pot and cook over a low flame stirring
constantly till the mixture is light brown and dry.
Put onto a plate and flatten into a 1" layer.
After it cools down cut into small pieces.

hunnii.. there is no harm in trying it... and if you are making unday ka halwa,
there is bound to be alot of undays.. if you think 12 is alot make half of it
the quanity given... then you wont have such a shock if it comes out tasting
