Here's my first post about a recipe that I recently tried.
Protein smoothie
1 Banana
1/2 Cup Spinach
1/2 Cup Quinoa
1/2 Cup Walnuts
1 Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
1 Tbsp Sunflower Seeds
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Yogurt
Eat Healthy and Stay Happy!
