Reema's Friday night fever
Birthdays
are not meant to be spent worrying about how you'll cope with the grey
hair and the wrinkles. Instead, they're about enjoying the moment and
of course, your special day. And living up to that spirit on Friday
night was Reema Lagoo, who had nothing short of a blast at her birthday
bash. There were tonnes of her close friends and colleagues, a gooey
chocolate cake, lots and lots of dancing and cheer all around. • DANCE DHAMAKA! It was a dance trance on the floor, which was filled with the guests shaking their hips, doing the balle-balle and swaying to the beats of the music. And it were the ladies who got the ball rolling. The birthday girl, Delnaazz Paul and Supriya Pilgaonkar kickstarted the fun, and later, Sachin Pilgaonkar, Ramesh Bhatkar and Mohan Joshi joined in. Rajev Paul slow danced with his wife towards the end, but fast-dancing all by himself was Swapnil Joshi. That man sure has some stamina! Sanjay Gadhvi, Alok Nath and Subhash Awchat preferred to sit at the table and watch all the fun as did Neena Kulkarni and Bharti Achrekar..
MY BIRTHDAY 'TWO'!
It was twice as nice the fun for it was also Mrinal Kulkarni's birthday. And the two friends — Reema and Mrinal — couldn't have been more pleased at cutting the cake together and feeding one another a bite of it. Now that's called having your cake and eating it too!
