Adita B turns out to be Vasudha's old college friend.He is shown to be so excited on meeting V that he just talks about their college days and does no allow V to speak at all
V tells him about the frogery being conducted in his Seva-ashram and how she was not allowed to meet him.
A tells him he is so busy in his work that is left with no time to devote to Ashram.but asks V how she knows so much in detail about his ashram and he knows about Rai singhania mills being overtaken but V cuts him off in between and tells him she is not here to discuss her personal matters and is currently working as a manager with his Ashram under Mrs. Dharkar.
Sushant comes to Police St. and surrenders his gun. Vikram asks for its license and related papers and Susgant tells him its all there with the gun.Vikram indirectly suspects Sushant of planning to murder Direndra.
Sinha and Virendra are in conversation where they plan to sabotage Raisinghania group.
Vedika and Vedant are with Dhirendra and his doctor leaves. Both of them fight and Vedika asks Vedant to beg Vasudha and asks her to come back but Vedant refuses telling her if Vasudha cared enough for us than she would have called after reading the headlines in the paper to enquire after us.
Just than Panday enters and tells them that the DD has lost on circulation of papers and they are out of funds to support the news paper .
The manager from the old Ashram comes to meet Vasudha apologising to her that he id not helped her in time of need especially when Raisinghania textiles has been taken over. V asudha is surprised and calls up Vedant. He picks up the phone and asks for the caller. Vasudha reples back. Vedant asks her to come back but he refuses and he scolds her for not being there when he needs her.She teels him of her where abouts and if he needs any help, can call her up anytime. Just than Vedika enbters and asks him whose calls wwas it and he teels her Vasudha's ,. Vedika asks him why he was so rude to her.to which Vedant replies he had to be so that Vasudha comes back. He knew she will call and come back. She called and may be will come back when they are left with nothing and he is ready to loose everything to get Vasudha back
Vasudha is in Aditya's office where he is firing Mrs. Dharkar and tells her to get out . V tells him he should have given her another chance to which he refuses telling her peoplelike Mrs. Dharker cannot be trusted again and that Vasudha will be new appointee in place of Mrs. Dharker. She makes excuses to refuse but he ignores and just then Aditya receives a call and she overhears his conevrsation refusing to invest in purchasing of a daily newspapaer thrpough Sinha. Vasudha asks him which newsdaily and he tells her I do not know but Sinha want to involve me indirectly, as he cannot buy that newsdaily himself openly in the market.
Panday, Virendra and Vedant are sitting in DD office and Virendra is trying to pursue Vedant into signing a mortgage in lieu of funds for DD and for mrtgage he either has to put Raisinghania house or DD office as collateral to which Vedant chooses the latter. Just as he is about to sign Vasudha enters and tells hoimt ot stop.
