Question is - Missing someone is an emotional outburst of some eternal feeling from within OR just a need or want of something that is gone, basically outcome of dependency that makes oneself feel the need??
- After answering a debate question please share some of things you miss and why?
I know sensitive but think it over and answer... BTW I miss someone soo much😳 .. kiddin😆
Thanks!
I could answer this as DB's Simran first 😆😆..
Some romantic gals who haven't yet united with their soul mates may have a yearning.. that feeling of missing someone in their life.. (I don't know about guys 😳)
"mere khwabonmein jo aayein..
aake muze chhed jaaein..
us se kaho kabhi saamane to aayein😳"
Then there is another kind of missing - missing people / things you were surrounded by and parted. These can be your friends / associations/ relatives - in general, people from previous education institution, work place, neighbourhood, city, country?
there is food, shopping places, entertainment/hang out places, the moments spend with those people at those places & such..
Parents often miss their kids toddler and pre-toddler stages 😳.
Very old people miss their hair and teeth 😆😆
Ofcourse, very painful missing involes someone close and dear departed.. Time is a healer they say, but the throbbing pain is felt now and then.
Then there is occasional missing the presence of God in the world.. the melancholy.. and with good company, that ofcourse is overcome by the joy of finding God and angels and not feeling lost anymore :)
Having listed all that, I miss getting drenched in Mumbai Rains, I miss marine Drive, I miss Sophia days of being babelicious, I miss the roadside bhutta, I miss working on my PhD project and I miss my grandfather a lot.
Raj, are you missing Simran? 😉 Just kidding..
