I was just watching the movie "UNDERTRIAL" which stars Rajpal Yadav as Sagar Hussain in the lead role, its a true story about a father (Sagar Hussain) who has been accused of raping his daughters for 8 years.
Well evidence to prove Sagar Hussain is innocent, but its the evidence what proves him innocent which i think is kind of stupid.
One of his daughter is shown to have hanged herself, but later on its proved that she was murdered by her mother's new guy. But before her death we are shown that she's with her uncle taking pics on her phone of herself and her uncle. She leaves the phone on top of a shelf i think, so it will automatically take a pic of her and her uncle, but she forgets about the phone and starts talking to her uncle about other stuff. he gets thrown out of the house by her mum's mate and cause the daughter realised her mistake and was going to save her father, we are shown that she was murdered by her mums mate. All this is clearly shown on her phone.
What gets me is that if this is meant to be a true story, how come all this got recorded on her phone, when she had to phone set to taking pics, I mean the phone took the pic of her and her uncle, so how could it have also recorded the whole thing on video on her phone???????
