Anyway, if Tanya isn't really Karan's wife then why doesn't Karan say it so? Why doesn't he say it's "illegal"? When Bhoommi taunted Karan that he goes after Nandani and neglects his real wife why didn't he just say that "Bhoomi beta, Tanya mom isn't really my wife ok? Nandani is!" Why didn't he clarify this?

Karan has NEVER stated otherwise because Tanya is in fact Karan's legal wife.
