T elevision actors are a stressed-out lot and it's mostly because of their erratic shooting schedules. One such shoot on the sets of Smriti Iraani's Virrudh left everyone in a frenzy. Karan Mehra who plays Vedant in this show was trying to wrap up his shoot in a hurry, so that he could dart off to Delhi for a hush-hush film shoot. But in all his haste Mehra overlooked the fact that he had to have a band- age wrapped around his head. Even the production team didn't realise this goof-up. By the time they did, Mehra was on his way to Delhi. The production house then had to call him back to re-shoot the whole sequence. It is believed that several senior actors were also present during the shoot and they were quite peeved at Mehra's carelessness.
