Important Considerations:
Individualized Treatment:The specific phases and treatment strategies will vary based on the type and severity of the injury, as well as the individual's response to treatment.
Patient Education:
Understanding the stages of healing empowers patients to actively participate in their recovery.
Progression:
Exercises and activities should be progressed gradually as the patient's healing progresses.
Communication:
Open communication between the patient and physical therapist is crucial for successful rehabilitation

My aunt had a bad knee injury and started physical therapy, and it really helped her. In the beginning, even climbing stairs was painful for her. But the therapist gave her easy exercises to start with like gentle stretches and balance work. It was a slow process, but each week she felt better in her knees and slowly she was able to walk more comfortably. So I feel consistency is the key in Physiotherapy.
