Just now on twitter I read a thread on agni pariksha as per valmiki.. it just triggered me bad that I had tears in my eyes. Soch bhi nahi sakti us waqt sita Mata ko kaisa laga hoga.. atleast I m hopeful swastik Wale exact woh na dikhaye jaisa hai. I won't mind yahan thoda mild kar de toh.

Earlier version also showed mild and no harsh words by ramji.. even though he said that to shut ppls mouth who doubted sita..

Mando had given big jhappad to shurpi..I think before ravan death.

Shurpi sudhar gayi but never seen after that .yahan par kal woh praja ko roop badal kar bhadka Rahi thi against sita and bhedi vibhu.

Mando vilaap ke time par I felt abhi mando jhaapad maregi shurpi ko

That was second time dhobhi ki baat suni as all was well by the time ram rajya started

But this was before leaving Lanka

Kal ke episode mein Lanka Wale hi questions kar rahe the and Shurpi ne aag mein ghee dala na.

Yesoverall minus shurpi the episode was good bearable with good dialogues.

As i said lakshman stopping the spear and mando meet with sita that has to be best part

Its heart wrenching

Shri Rama said a lot of harsh words. I guess they will show a milder version as people won't digest the real one ( many haven't read VR ). The milder version too needs some explanations, for which they are adding these Surpi and Lanka people angle. If someone hasn't read VR, its very difficult to understand why he did that and in today's world where a lot of pseudofeminis are there, they will jump over Shri Ram for this.

That's not true either. The dhobi story was a later addition. VR does not have any such episode.

Problem with this Ravan is the way he is portrayed. His deh-pradarshan, hairstyles, hand flips dekh ke he doesn’t look like a maha gyaani at all, maha thakela lagta hai Tu kya gyaan dega rey

Ravan was indeed a maha gyaani, param bhakt brahman. Other shows portrayed him the way he should be, a cruel but intelligent King.

Yeh apna paplu toh bas balcony and vatika to and fro karta raha

Ya agree with u Minion.Even Ravan death scene was disgusting.After getting shot with an arrow he mouthes dialogues..err gives advice to Lakshman.The way he lay on the floor against a rock and his legs were shown, the hair on his legs were visible and it looked yucky.The whole scene was inappropriate at least they should have given him full pants.

Who according to u is suitable for this role?
