Is Kahaani 1 the best thriller to come out of Bollywood?

Kahaani - the first one - was superb as a thriller. There have been other good thrillers to come out of Bollywood, such as Badla, JaaneJaan, Andadhun, Dhrishyam etc. but I feel Kahaani beats them all.

Kahaani's gripping plot, strong performances, and unexpected twists set it apart.

Yes I agree. In Kahaani, I did not see that twist coming and I have never been as shocked as I was when it was revealed

I still remember I wanted to go to washroom for its last 45 mins or so, and every time I was like yeah will go just after this scene. And after the final twist, I think I forgot that I had to pee at all and stayed till the very end Akla Cholo Re thing. It was shocking, amazing, mindboggling and never saw it coming.

No. We have fine thrillers before as well as after the Kahaani movie came.

Race 1 had some wild twists and turns

One of the best thriller movie. It was simply superb. No loose ends left. No wondering why or how did it happened. Everything was explained. So yes best thriller.

Don’t remember much of it but I have seen the second part several times, loved it as well.

but what a shame that am absolutely awful 2nd part came and completely ruined the legacy..would have loved a kahani franchise with balan and ghosh as the actor-director combo..wonder what were they thinking in durga rani singh..
