Yes, it was nice to see Adi's guilt. But hopefully the makers use that to add some value to the story, like show him helping Bansals come out of this trap or save them from Anurag or get Rajiv his job back..etc.
Otherwise, there is no use of that guilt. There was a lot of that in 1.O as well, eventually it had no value at all.
Naina has been appointed by Giriraj, Amma/Anurag have no link with Naina. Giriraj cannot see Adi getting close to Kavya, and he was exposed by Rajiv (may be Adi will confront him and stand for Kavya/Bansals).
Giriraj may have planned this, only to make Kavya stand against Adi and Adi should hate her and later get her out of his life.
His plan could be to first make Adi hate Kavya, by making her stand against Adi. Then save his son and become a hero for him (same trick he applied when Adi went to jail).
Welcome and keep writing.

Probably Anurag must have thought that by doing this SH accusations on Adi, Kavya will leave Adi for good, will also leave the house and not help Adi at all and Adi will lose his elections. This is a trick by Anurag and Amma
Anurag is pain. He is ruining everything here
Mayank's fought with Kavya
He made false allegations against Adi
And now he is faking he likes Alka.
And does he think Kavya will leave Adi?
He is Wrong always..

We can see some changes coming in Adi. How much ever he maybe in denial mode, he seems to be guilty of how her father lost his job coz of Giriraj. Felt his entry into the store room was to make feel better by eating the sweets.
That was a cute scene in store room.
He wanted to say thank you and was shy.
Yea he felt guilty but when he will get to know the truth he will be in guilty ride for sure.
