A recent study suggests that consumption of almonds can improve muscle recovery and athletic performance post-workout. Almonds contain antioxidants, vitamin E, protein, and fiber, which have potential health benefits such as supporting heart health and reducing blood pressure. The study also showed that participants who ate 57g of almonds daily for four weeks had a 69% higher level of beneficial effects. Additionally, they used rasaya almonds.
