Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 17th Mar 2024 Written Update and EDT

Looks like court case will be wrapped up today itself. So next track is how to convince Dadi about Abhira staying. 

I hope Charu truth is out soon and some time is spent on people regretting how they treated Abhira. I would like it to not be brushed away casually. 

I'd like to see Armaan grovel for forgiveness because he's been unable to be a good friend to Abhira despite her constantly displaying her righteousness and her straight forwardness. She does nok jhok and is bubbly and  can handle herself and speak up, but that doesn't mean she can be taken for granted or wouldnt enjoy pampering, or someone  protecting /defending her, someone firmly on her side   

Because this constant taunting of Abhira and her parvarish is really not cool. Its not fair to her. As it is she must have craved a family seeing her friends etc in school but she had a mumma who loved her immensely and now she is berated for not knowing how to value a family etc- thats cheap shots and really unwarranted. 

I really want dadi to become pro Abhira max. So that whenever Armaan Ruhi are exposed she is firmly on Abhiras side. 

Arman was shooting bullets from his eyes to Dev . Why ? Only bcoz of those papers Dev was holding or there’s some other reason behind it ? 

Not sure but He had a very weird expression today and it was not only bcoz of those papers I felt Not sure tho 🤔

Armaan is now apologizing because Abhhira is a pareshani. He doesn't defend her parvarish, her righteousness but wants to vent at her. I thought he was worried for her but he actually wants her around only to yell, be angry and blame her for everything and because he thinks she may screw up more. 

Abhiras heartbreak and loneliness is palpable. She was at the place  where she was made to feel like family but this time she was there at the time when she was made to feel horrible and looks like she planned to leave the city but something happened to make her go back- maybe Madhav talked to her and offered to help her. 

Of all people, why is Ruhi doing aarti and teeka of dadi. Why not Vidya or Manisha?! 

Emotional drama is happening in poddar mamsion and Armaans expression shows that he blames Abhira for everything. 

In court patthat baazi happens and he is seething with rage. He sees papers in Devs hands which he thinks Abhira gave him and aaks him where Abhira is because he's angry, not out of worry like everyone assumed 🙄

He was about to say that Abhira gave you papers but is interrupted by court proceedings beginning. 

Dev calls Kaveri to stand but before he can even start thr matter, Abhira shows up. Armaan is pissed to see her. She presents new evidence in court before Kaveri can speak. 

She shows pendrive footage of kaveri meeting builder and handing money. And the cctv footage is picking up such good volume and pixels. Omg!!

Madhav shows up with the guy whom builder paid to get houses burnt. 

The man who shows up and says he was paid to burn houses. 

Abhira proves builder is culprit. 

He tries to run and Abhira throws a stapler at his head. It was awesome. ❤️

Kaveri gets acquitted and no one seems to care about Abhiras work. Armaan doesn't even look surprised at the turn of events. He overhears Dev praise Abhira and then he has a flasback of his outburst but he doesn't look upset or guilty. Abhira apologizes to dadi for any badtameezi but says I was only focused on basti dwellers. Dadi does not react and walks away and everyone follows her.

Wasn’t Armaan’s crying scene reduced? There was more in bts… and an entire court drama was done and dusted in a single episode… they could have stretched it

Yeah it doesn’t look like Armaan will apologize to Abhira 

It seems like the track is Abhira earning back the family’s trust after going against them

and maybe Armaan also realizes that Abhira fights for the truth - not to win, the same way Akshara did 


Disappointing but I think the family is upset that she went against them….that’s all they can think of

She didn’t trust Dadisa enough to believe that she was innocent…that’s why the cold treatment from everyone

and to add to that…Roohi makes it seem like Abhira will do anything for her career and doesn’t care about the Poddar’s bc of the 1-year deal

^ I think this will play a huge role in the future in some way. Some big misunderstanding.

Agreed. They could have shown more abhira angst. But Armaan ig wasnt worried  for Abhira, only pissed. I really thought he did care yesterday about more than just case but today it was all anger. Zero concern.
