I have not watched both but watched Tamil original Ghajini, so I would vote for Ghajini! Hindi Ghajini has good songs,ofcourse I loved the music of Original one much much more. 

I know nothing about the other movie.

I have watched the original Ghajini in Tamil and I prefer that over the Hindi remake.
