People would say who is he to have a take but what he is talking is so sensible! When you create and promote a  character that speaks violence as it’s second language, a character who takes law into his hands and nobody can do anything, a character which does immoral stuff just to justify his actions that only he perceives as correct, then you are not bringing a shift in society but only promoting violence by the powerful on powerless. If today someone starts behaving like Ranbir in Animal,  they would either be jailed or put in place by a bigger criminal. So no way a powerful can beat a powerful by being a psychopath like Ranbir in Animal. But definitely the powerless can be abused by getting inspiration from such movies - A husband beating his wife or vice-a-versa or a young person beating their parents/family.

IMHO a sensible take. He admitted that he watched the film, enjoyed it, and was swept away by its energy. But he's also aware that some behavior is not acceptable in real life and can be problematic. You can both enjoy the film and be aware of its problematic messaging.

Maybe most people just don't care for this reasoning as violence and abusing others is like normalcy.

Giving in to the inner demons without having to face consequences by law and order may be more attractive than battling the devil in oneself.
