In context to one of my Tweets way back in 2018, I’d like to say a few words: It was never my intention to hurt, malign or disrespect the Hindu community. But as I reflect in hindsight about a Tweet made in jest, I also release the distasteful nature of it. The same could have been said without adding the cartoon which was published in a newspaper. And I’d with utmost humility like to apologise to each and everyone who has been hurt As you all by now know, that I hold all faiths, beliefs and religions with the highest possible regard. We all grow up with time and reflect upon our mistakes. This was mine. Regards.

Apologizing means owning it

I hope he’s hired a good PR team.  With the kind of success and hype he’s getting lately, plus his talent, he won’t be left alone.  He needs to be able to combat things from the get go.  I’m not talking about this specific tweet though.  I see it all over Reddit where his words and interviews are being dissected now.

It's out of anger about a social-political affair.

I don't know his leaning now, but at that time and also later on, he was quite critical towards the Modi-government and the Hindutva ideology.

However Lauriesa is right...he should have deleted more than now this tweet when he became more famous through 12th fail...now, they dig out every tweet possible,,,

Are you kidding? Kangana doesnt apologize and actually stands by her words while getting movie after movie earning crores. Kangana is a millionaire Vikrant is now starting being big and already being exposed.  He just needs to lay low and doing these random interviews then people will forget
